A mobile digital video recorder (MDVR) is an electronic device used in mobile environments that records video in digital format to a disk drive, USB flash drive, SD memory card, SSD, or other local or network mass storage device.
4K resolution, or 4K for short, refers to the horizontal (horizontal) resolution of a display or displayed content of approximately 4096 pixels.
Mainstream 4K standards include standards such as 3840×2160 and 4096×2160, and it is difficult to unify the products produced by manufacturers
4K MDVR refers to a car video DVR that supports at least full HD 1920×1080×4 video resolution, that is, 3840×2160 standard.

Since 2013, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has officially approved the HEVC/H.265 standard, which is called High Efficiency Video Coding.
With the increasing requirements for the resolution of high-definition video products in the in-vehicle video surveillance market, the general 720P resolution has become a bit stretched, and the demand for 1080P, 2K, and 4K is constantly emerging. As vehicle-mounted video surveillance, due to limited storage space, the operating environment is harsh. In order to better improve the picture quality, we have launched the H.265 4K Vehicle Mobile DVR, which not only meets the high-definition 4K picture quality, but also increases the storage space.
